Galaxy Pocket Neo is another budget smartphone from Samsung with too unsmart configuration. As a Samsung product the price may seem good but the hardware is not at all fascinating. nnThe mobile features a 3" 320x240 touch-screen, a single-core processor running at 850MHz, 2 megapixel camera, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4GB of internal storage-expandable via a micro-SD card slot and only 512MB of RAM.nnThe chipset is Broadcom BCM21654 which contain single core ARM Cortex-A9 @ 850 Mhz (underclocked as its capable of running at 1 GHz as in Fame-Its marketing strategy of Samsung), VideoCore IV GPU with 3G HSPA modem (7.2 Mbps).nnBehind the distinctly entry-level hardware, Samsung launching this handset with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The battery is 1200 mAh capacity which should give around 5 hours of talk time. If you keep the 3G on or play games keep the charger handy.nnNow a days we can have a quad core mobile at Rs. 8499 (e.g. Lava Iris 458q) so I think this is not a wise investment. Go for any 6.5K+ mobile from Micromax/Lava or at least go for Galaxy Young for a little more price. finally i got it this mobile Galaxy Pocket Neo 5312, first thanks to flipkart services very quickly and fast delivery, Galaxy Pocket Neo 5312 and Galaxy Pocket Neo 5282 is same android version, and same apps their no difference but only net using for this mobile is good n mobile specifications n 1. it memory inbuilt 4GB but we used only 1.9 GB n 2. 2MP(1600x1200) rear fixed focus camera and panorama available n 3. Two Micro (cut my Sims to convert Micro Sims) SIM with Smart dual active moden 4. Music 3.5mm jack superb clarity i love this mobilen 5. Battery back up is good, when i have decrees the display brightness n finally mobile is good, thanks to flipkart,

Galaxy Pocket neo is great.. I had read many reviews after placing the order in flipcart, and was confused whether to cancel my order or not. But now I feel that it would have been a foolish decision if I had done so.nnThe Jellybean is superb; but there is a little delay in loading some features and a worry about the screen size especially while texting (These are not cons, remember you spend only that much for this 'little giant').nnThe most unhappy fact is that Pocket neo has ONLY 2GB INTERNAL MEMORY unlike its company spec (4gb), some part of which is already gulped by OS & associates. I feel it to be 'a nice cheating' by Samsung.nBut I got an 8gb external card for free by FLIPCART, so that I'm not in desp now :)nnI can recommend the Pocket neo duos to anyone without hesitation and am giving 85 marks out of 100...

The freebie is missing.nnKies CD missing and free MICRO-SD card is not there!nAlso it took over a week for delivery. When can I get the micro SD card that was supposed to be present in the package.nIf this is an accidental error then it can be pardoned if you can send the required shipment at the earliest or make a deduction in payment for the same.

When I plan to order it then I was sure 3 inch display will give me trouble but I ordered because it is my seconday phone (as primary I use iPhone 4). I chose it by seeing 3G, small size and expected good battery backup for non use of 3G (because I do it in iPhone).nBut when I received it I saw some problem and major is battery. On day 2 I saw battery was 49% and I start listing a music around 3 minutes long and suddenly hear low battery warning! I take it and open battery use, I saw OS is consuming 60 %, where display just 15%! which is very unexpected because always screen should consume more and battery is reducing by 1% for every 2 seconds. When music went around 1.5 minutes phone went to switch off!!! I ignored it and recharge by thinking it is temporary problem. But similar thing happened for 2 and 3rd time. Usually I dont like to return but I did it for this product.nI received 2nd phone and find same problem. I am worried may be this phone will fall me in trouble when same problem happen at the time when there has no option for recharge. So thinking to through it to bin or asking flipkart to take it away free of cost!nnThanks to flipkart for extremely good service which is really unbelievable in India. For that believe only now I have ordered another product at flipkart.
