I purchased samsung refrigerator 3 months back and from last 2 months whatever fruits and vegetables I am keeping in it gets spoiled. I complained to samsung customer care and come to know that one of its part needs to be replaced but its now 1 month, I am calling to customer care many times but they are not resolving my problem. I ordered for tender lilly red and the seller supplied silver color. It is just like giving deliberately which u dont want... The product is good but permission should have been taken 1st if their are any changes before delivering. Very bad seller.....
