i purchased this product and was told that i would be given installation within two days..after two days i get a mail that installation would not be possible in my area .so i decided to install tv on my own and had to pay 2000 rs for the same .so when i called the executive that i had paid money regarding installation the first reaction was that we haven't sent any mail and when i forwarded a copy of mail to flipkart they told me that it was a mistake to send you this mail.nwhen i asked them what about charges on of the senior officers of flipkart promised me that if i would have paid amount it would be refunded to me and told me i would raise this matter with his team and to contact him the next day.nafter calling him next day he asks me send a copy of installation bill although .i didn't had the bill in the first place but i arranged the bill though the installer.nwhen i rang the flipkart officer next day after sending a copy of invoice he tells me that he has seen the receipt and since its Friday he would have my refund initiated of rs 2000 on Monday . nand then i got a call on Sunday stating that i would not be paid any amount since the charges i paid were not paid to a Samsung service center.ni was shocked to listen this if there was such a case to that their is no refund for installation why did the officers asked for documents and didn't told me about the policy in first place i had to waste my hours in finding the bill and also waste time in explaining the entire matter to flipkart officers.nplease have transparency within your policies and have inter communication between different team clear . one of the employs told me that he would get my refund initiated and the other tells me that their is no way this refund can be processed of the charges that i have paid for the installation.ni their is a zero star rating i would have undoubtedly given that

I am using this television since 8 months... and when i planned to buy home theater system, the technician found that it has no audio out port. (3.5mm jack).nnSorry to say, but you have to work with buil;t in speakers only.nThey are loud but, quality is not that good.nRest:nPicture quality is HD. 720p.nNo flicker.nReads USB.. All video formats play.nIt also reads Subtitle files..I watch movies in full HD too.nHas 2 HDMI ports, can connect to TATAsky HD. set top box. (as in my Case)nOverall good product.. but, no 3.5mm Audio jack.

I got this TV 2 days back n2 USB , 2 HDMI ports, 3.5mm audio out, good picture and sound quality is a plus for this TV.nnThis TV provides audio recording and screenshot capture on USB device, I feel if this TV would have provided video recording on a USB drive then it would have been an excellent feature. nnThis TV supports all the audio and video formats in my USB HDD (around 28 different formats), another plus for the TV.nnVideo clarity is excellent, there is no lag while playing any video.nBut there are couple of problems, You can not adjust Backlit/Contrast/Brightness in Media player mode. nThere are no buttons on a remote to go to next/previous track, Also it does not keep track of last position of a video.n I will recommend this product as the hardware part of this TV is good

An average product.... I was very much dissatisfied with the cricket mode...all it does is turn the picture into a disgusting one with out of the world colors and ghostly objects....I bet no one will ever use this mode to watch anything..check this out in the showroom if you are planning to buy this one...(I didn't and am suffering now..).. nnPros:n1) Has decent connectivity options. With 2 Hdmi and 2 Usb ports...(do you really need that many..? yes if you are a gamer, otherwise who cares... )nn2) Decent picture quality with HD ( I use Vediocon d2h) but nothing exceptional.... nn3) Light weight....nnCons:n1) The extra features offered are either useless or not really needed for an average viewer. You are paying all that extra bucks for features like still capture, sound recording, usb to usb transfer etc. which to me not worth the extra money....nn2) CRICKET MODE IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE. It is a mode in which colors are disgustingly enhanced and picture looks distorted...definitely check this out in a show room before you consider buying this model.nn3) SOUND SYSTEM IS A BIG LETDOWN. Both the output volume and the quality of the volume are bad....can become a very painful experience unless you use an external speaker...check it out before you buy this one....nnFinal verdict.... If you don't care for that extra hdmi and usb ports, and all those gimmicky features like still capture, go for a tv in the range of 20-25k which has similar picture quality and a better sound system (there are many in this range like the new Panasonic A410 or Tvs from LG or Samsung itself)

too much late delivery in big item...also gati courier boy call me n told me sir your home adrees otherwise u can recieve from here...and he was came at home adresses also but without any true reason he left away from my home adresses without delivery....also he told me now your courier LED TV SAMSUNG after few days dew too holiday...is not good service by gati Courier...
