I received the as per schedule. Installation happened as per schedule. No issues on that. But while installing, found display issue on tv. I saw a white thin light displayed at the bottom of the screen. Requested replacement immediately on 22nd may 2017. No progress till now. No clear communication from flipkart. Update: I got my replacement tv on 28th May after continues follow up with Flipkart. this TV has no issues. works fine as expected. still i will give 1 star. its not for the TV. but its for the lack of communication by Flipkart and the time taken to process my replacement request.

First impression, Great picture quality and sound quality..Easy to setup happy with the product

I bought a samsung 55 inch TV, 55F8000 series on March, 2014, May. And it's not even 3 years completed. I started seeing, Green and Red lines on the left side of the display. The service engineer came, seen the issue and he said the Complete Display Panel Needs to be replaced and it's going to cost 66,000 indian rupees !!!!. The service engineer, told, it happens in some TV's, during long run, due to heating issues, the bus may get short and hence lines appear. It was Very shocking to hear this, that too from a branded TV like samsung. I called up samsung customer care and they said, the warranty was over in 1year and they can't do anything. IT"S VERY BAD THAT A BRANDED COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG, USING POOR QUALITY PARTS, WHICH CAN"T EVEN SUSTAIN FOR 3 YEARS, AND THEY CHARGE PREMIUM TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Others Beware, before investing huge in their TV's. Personally, i don't suggest. The Tv costed more than 2 lakhs in Indian Market and in the end this is the kind of quality we get. It's a shame !!! Bought this TV a week back. Delivery was on time. The installation technician from Samsung also came promptly and installed the television and explained the features well. The television is really good. Would recommend the same to others who are planning to buy 32 inch Full HD LED TV. Great going!

To start off I would say that I am not the kind of guy to gets into the concept of buying a smart TV. For me as long as I have my handy chromecast I am set. While choosing a 32 inch TV my top contenders were Panasonic, Samsung and Sony. Samsung has a better blacks than Panasonic and Sony has better blacks than Samsung. However the difference in picture quality between Sony and Samsung is so minute and of so little significance that it is only visible in a showroom and to pay around 10k more for getting just that bit is just isn't me. Yes Sony's version did have the smart feature but one would get opera store in it as the default app store. So for a price point of 27 something K, this particular model of Samsung did fare well to me.
