Flipkart was Great with delivering the product within 2 days. They came in the specified TV slot and Delivery and Old TV pickup was Great!nnHowever, this LED TV from Samsung isn't even at satisfactory level.nn1st day of the TV purchase, after 4-5 hours of the TV usage , the LED Screen all of a sudden showed inverted colors (like in the olden days Camera Film). changed the channels, switched to Smart hub and the issue was same on YouTube as well. connected a USB Thumb Drive and the Pics were the same too. So, this was definitely the LED panel Issue. n nThis issue lasted for 15 minutes after which the TV restarted on its own and then the LED picture was fine. This issue never occurred again. Advised the Samsung executive of the same and they said its "channel" issue !nn2 days later YouTube videos on the smart hub play with 1/4th the size of the Actual TV screen, volume controls fail to operate inside YouTube App.nSamsung executives that "YouTube" has a problem all over India at the moment, and will take 2 weeks! Goodness Gracious, I'm IT consultantnn3) Picture clarity and Screen resolution is good, but Sony does a lot better job. I have GoProHero4 4K Camera, and trust me the 4K resolution images and videos do a lot better job on a Sony LED (even the non-4k LED Panels) than on Samsung. n n4) Accessing the USB Ports is a nightmare nn5) Smart Hub apps are slow at initial loading, however once loaded they function betternn6) Typing with the TV remote on smart hub takes me back to Texting on the HardKeypad Nokia Brick phones. Sigh! gave up with browsing and Youtube on smart Hub, untill i Connected wireless Keyboard (Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800 Keyboard and Mouse Set). Using the keyboard and Mouse is a lot lot Convenient.nn47K INR wasted.

I purchased this tv from a retail store to replace my old Sony wega tv !!! At first i wanted to buy LG 42 Inch smart tv & i always wanted to invest in high products for the durability they provide...I actually went to the showroom twice....In daylight LG performed well with its IPS panel & i almost fixed it for purchase !!! Then at evening i went with my mom to show her my selected tv...But we quickly shifted to the awesome vivid display of this samsung tv & its viewing angles....Its been 2 days since i bought & i can tell the pros & cons of my favourite tv's !!npros : 1- Its vivid & bright with great viewing angles & its Edge LED technology maintains consistency, that LG's IPS fails in viewing angles & even in artificial lighting conditions.n2- Colour reproduction is accurate with deep black & white....So the viewing experience is awesome !!! LG produces oversaturated colours that produces black as grey & it fades in viewing angles....n3- Smart tv hub has lots of apps & in-built Wifi is pretty fast & the sound quality is great for a smart tv.....Samsung told me it has 100 level of volume, but its crisp & clear even below the 20 level :)n4- I dont have HD connection now, but even in normal Dtv it shows great pictures...It has only 2 USB & HDMI ports, but i feel its enough for a normal user...Access to the contents are pretty fast in the storage devices & it supports all formats :)n5- Samsung already provided 2 updates to the tv software...so regular updates are not a problemnnNow onto the consn1- its not easy to access USB ports as it is in the side of the tv....With rigid Wall mounting its tough to connect the ports !!!n2- It doesnt have a video recording option that LG provides, but its just nit picking from my side.n3- No magic remote, so surfing through the browser with the normal remote sucks, but the virtual keyboard helps in smart browsing..nnUltimately when you buy a tv, you need to know whether they provide good customer service & samsung provides that...Except for a few cons ( that i dont mind), this tv provides me a great overall experience...So my rating is 5/5 :)

Dear AllnI m not a fan of any company or prasing any one. What so ever I have faced or observed while choosing I m writing it down hope it will help u out in purchasing the right led TV .Hope my review will help you.nnI have searched many brands like Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba and Samsung.nn1. SONYnMost expensive models are available in the market. They are only selling Smart LEDs which I have found in their showrooms in my city. Screen mirroring / casting screen is a major issue in Sony. Not all mobiles are compatible with Sony. And if your smartphone connects with their Smart led it disconnects automatically. So if you only want to use Smart app like YouTube Facebook it is a good TV good picture quality and great sound but screen mirroring is a problem with Sony.nn2. PANASONICnGood picture quality and good sound. Available in both Smart and non Smart models. They are the only brand who are using IPS PANELS. But non Smart TV can't play Mkv video files. It can play some Mkv videos but without sound. Had a words with their customer care and local Panasonic service centre people but they were not able to provide me appropriate answer. Only Smart models are playing Mkv movies with sound. Screen mirroring is also an issue with Smart led tvs.nn3. TOSHIBAnPicture quality and sound quality is OK but not best/good like Sony,Panasonic and Samsung. If u r looking for low budget then go for this brand. Please note that it can play only Avi and Mp4 video files.nn4. SAMSUNGnBest Customer Care service and excellent service center people. U have a problem they have a solution for it. Because of this reason I choose Samsung. Picture quality and sound quality is excellent. Screen mirroring works smoothly and can work will all Smart phone but u must be having screen mirroring / cast screen option available in your smartphone. Can play any video format u want to play and can support Hard Drive upto 2TB. You can play movies from your desktop PC or Laptop which directly displayed to your led TV screen without connecting any wire. It's inbuilt wifi technology is great and works smoothly. nnSo decision is all yours I choose this led model because of its Smart features. Hope my review help u out for choosing the right TV.

HinI have brought this TV in June 2014, that time just launched and costed me 62k. After 1 and half year the TV started giving problem. Its screen was off and power LED started blinking.nI called service center, let me tell you the charges also. Visiting charges are 170 rs and if service boy need to open the panel (which is by default in all cases) then the charges are 1400 plus taxes. The TV internal panel has 3 main circuits.. stabilizer, SMPS and motherboard. And if anything went wrong you have to replace entire circuitry boards. nIn my case the service boy told me that mother board is gone. nDo you image that after buying TV of 62k within year the heart of system stops working without any issue or damage. nnThis is samsungs cheap engineering and bad product quality.nnalthough this is expected from any electronics device. I wrote email to samsung CEO office of the same. Immediately I got the call from their engineer but they were so rude that even apologizing regarding product issue, straight way says they can't help. nnthis is it guys, I recommend before buying check for long run of the product and support maintenance issues.
