Dear Sir/Madam, The product specification is given wrong information about the Internet connectivity.It doesnot have GPRS for GSM sim,It doesnt have any setting for GPRS for GSM sim.It was cheating for the customer by giving this price and not able to find the given specification.How can you solve this issue? Maine ye phone 5 month pahle liya tha. jab se liya hai tab se ro raha hun ki yeh kya kabada le liya. chahe to micromax ka phone le lena par ye phone mat lena. iska key pad bahut hi bekar hai. software bar bar gayab ho jata hai. after sale service bilkul bekar hai. samsung ke engineer isko theek nahi kar pate hain. computer se connectivity to hoti hi nahi. duniya ka sabse bekar phone hai.

I have bought this phone 2 weeks ago, its has lots of disadvantages over advantages.nPros: 1. Large screen and bright displayn 2. Dual SIM active at the same timennCons: n1. Music Player does support Back-Ground Music Play, So you can't do any work with listening Music.n2. No separate Wallpaper for two different SIM, so you may confused which one is primary, because icon is not very clear.n3. Each time of switch SIMs, you have to press buttons at least n 3 times to switch network, because each time you have to save the primary network, which is very embarrassing.n4. You can't switch networks at the time of call in progress, so to send sms from other sim , you have to disconnect the call first.n5. Instead of 1200 mAh battery , backup is no good.n6. Network catching capacity is also poor.n7. Internet in CDMA network only.n8. When call is in progress in one SIM , you can receive call in other sim , but can't switch.n9. Size and weight will also cause problem.n10. Not very good looking practically.

Thanks to Flipkart's for giving a chance to re post my reviews as I made some wrong assessments before using it fully.nnI bought this phone few days back from a retail store as my primary calling phone.nnPros:nnPhone look wise its good, big display, big fonts with Kies support to backup contentsnnCall quality is good.n nMost importantly the build quality: superb, back panel is SS, so no issues with scaling of paint finish due to scratches and mishandling etc.nnCons:nnMainly signal levels are variing always like any other CDMA phone but on this phone gets no signal at times which was not happening in my previous cheap vendor supplied phone.nnIts too heavy for a simple phone, its not sleek but not bulky either.nnIts very slippery, there's no much grip on sides. I dropped the phone within an hour from the purchase. Thanks to the plastic coating on the sides which I forgot to remove, nothing happened even a scratch.nnBack cover is not SS like its sibling GSM+GSM, its plastic and easily get scratched over a period of time. Mine's got a scratch within 4 days time.nnLoud speaker performance is average but RING TONE sound level is TOO LOW to get noticed in a crowd.nnNo dedicated single key press function for speaker phone, u need to key in twice to get activated.nnThere's no screen timeout period preset.nnCam quality is disappointing.nnConclusion: If you are looking for an average CDMA+GSM branded phone, you may have to satisfy with this as nowadays CDMA+GSM dont have much choice in reputed brands."
