I have purchased this washing machine of model Samsung WA82A4REC/XTL in Panvel Mumbai from KINGS ELECTRONICS Pvt Ltd shop in 2012, within 1 years its breakdown power was not working, technician suggested PCB not workings and it gets replaced, but after 1 year again its not working and technician is asking for a replacement of PCB. This machine is only 3 years old and its asking for a replacement of PCB second time, this machine I purchased in Rs.12000 including tax, within 1 years PCB replaced when it is in warranty, now again they are claiming PCB replacement which will cost Rs. 5000 which will take this cost to Rs.17000. Only company giving reason is warranty is over, is Samsung manufacturing the products which last only for 1 year how much warranty they provide, Samsung is manufacturing a product which will going to fail once the warranty is over and customer will going to suffer by investing every year on spare parts which of course will be good for your business. I feel that Samsung has cheated me badly, its a total fraud business they are running, I simply suggest everybody please do not purchase Samsung products anymore they make business by making poor quality products and earn money from spare parts.
Worst service from Flipkart and the sellernI hav been a customer of your since last 6 years and having a gud relation with u guys. I was pretty happy with service and inview of that I made an order with your 4a washing machine.nIt was prepaid order made by CC and as ur update it was supposed 2b delivered by Fri 8Jul. nAs far as I waited, I didn't get any call or update from Flipkart regarding the delivery till Fri 8th July, I made my first call by evng 2flipkart to know the status. The executive told me that tracking details r unavailable since its been made by seller itself and she needs time 2track it down. She asked 4time till next day evening and I was okay with it. nLater on Sat 9Jul the recipient my uncle got a call from the seller QRS stating that the product is at their warehouse and he needs 2come and collect it from there. My uncle commented agnst it being a prepaid order with delivery, it should cum 2his doorstep. The QRS guy disconnected the call saying that he will check it. nThe same information was shared 2me and I made my 2nd call to explain the situation 2your team asking what is happening being a delivery free product. Your team was clueless and again asked me 2wait again. in the mean time my uncle got a call again saying that it will delivered by end of day, that is on 9Jul. My uncle waited at the destination after giving trust to the call he got from QRS. By evening, we can understand that its not gonna happen that day. nI made my next attempt 2reach you guys and again the executive have 2clue about the history of my complaint and she is asking me 2wait again. I became furious after hearing that and asked 2escalate to the snr and got conctd 2the next level. I explained everything and he was just hearing all that like all othr exctiv and that he is raising an intrnl mail to the concerned departments and will get the dtls shortly &requested me 2wait till next day and he promised me 2give a call. I demanded an email from your team &he actively refused it. I explained the situation that evrytym I have expln the situatn 2each &every exctiv &I am wasting my time as they dont hav any record of that. nAfter so much persuasion, he committed me 2send an email by later Sat, 9Jul. I got no emails and call after that. nI again made a follow up call by Sun evng and got my hard time reachng the escltn as the other lower guys were denying the same. I have 2explain saga and agn and escltn mgr came 2call and he gave me a commitment that he shall be taking this forward and fixing it by Monday with a commitment time of 12PM. nOn Monday morning suddenly my uncle got an SMS that it has been delivered and installation will be done on 2 days but infact the product was not delivered and even your website started showing the same thing. Even the seller as well as the exctivs from your team started calling and asking if the product has been delivered. nI became furious and reached your team and did 3 escalations and reached so called mentioned *Assistant Manager*. He was also clueless and he again asked for time and after so much persuasion from his end, I ended up giving him another day. nI waited and didn't get any call on Tuesday morning by 11 and esclatn manger conveyed that as per the internal case, I shall be getting a call by 1.49 PM. nDidn't get any calls and have reached again by evening to your team. Still the story was same, your team was clueless about by complaints and esclatn manger ended up saying that an internal case has been already opened and I will be getting a call back soon by. nI refused all the claims and insisted the escalation manager to escalated further. He said that he is the only final point as of now and he needs time of 24 hours. I denied again and told him that I am going for a dispute against Flipkart with the CC provider and going forward legally. nAfter this he begged 2me literally and asked me 2wait till today 11AM 14th of July. nI didnt get any calls and updates till now and hence called again your team and talked 2Escalation Manager. I again asked me 2wait for 2more hrs and gave me this email address 2shoot an email. nI am very unhappy with the service provided from ur company. U guys don't have control over the shipping and delivery of ur product. nMore over in terms of customer service, your team harassed me and ur process is the worst I have ever seen in my life.nThere r no updates from your end and follow ups done, I have 2reach u guys everytime and explain it. nI want 2know what exactly hpnd and need compnstn 4the harassment which u have done to me over the last 6 days. nExpecting some1 2 open their eyes and give a concern about this.nnUpdate 1nI got a call frm escalation team member after 1 hr of email.nHe was again repeating the story and asking me 2wait 4 another 24 hrsnnUpdate 2nI got product on 14Jul and the Flip guys don't have any clue about this also. I didn't share this info 2them as I want 2know how long are they gonna track their own product
