Bought this product on 1st Feb 16, got delivery by 4th Feb. When I opened the fridge the vegetable glass was completely broken. There were other problems like dent on the door & balancing problem. So I decided to exchange the product, which customer support said not possible hence I requested on 4th Feb. itself for product return & refund my money. nSince then they haven't picked up damaged fridge, it's been 18 days. As per their policy they refund money once the product is back in their warehouse. I spoke to customer support 3 times, they told me we have requested to arrange pick up but it didn't happen. nNext time they said we have escalated the matter you will get a call by tomorrow, which also didn't happen. Third time on 19th Feb., I spoke to one of the managers, she assured me that I'll get a call tomorrow, as usual i never got any call. It's clear that Flipkart is not bothered about customers. My money is stuck. nI didn't have problem with dent or balancing problem but glass is an important part. I understand that it might happen at the time of shipment also. But, Sansui uses breakable glass, who does that these days..that too when you have to ship your products using local transport. Quality of the fridge was also not up to the mark. nPlease consider these facts before you purchase such large products from Flipkart, if they turn out to be damaged you will be stuck with Flipkart like me.

Cooling is Good Design is Ok Current consumption is much more as compared to other brand Plastic used inside the fridge is not upto the mark

Worst seller and worst flipkart ...I asked sansui n they gave kelvinator refrigerator ...I am in urgent situation i need to accept the thing or else will send back...u need to feel shame...even delivery date also changed I am a good customer n made one lakh business plus...now onwards I wont go for flipkart....the worst

For nuclear family, it best in this range. I bought it and using it from last six month.After using it i m posting review. Low cost product with good performance. Thanks flipkart.

What a worst services by Flipkart.... really appreciated....I conveying my experience with Flipkart to my colleagues and Friends... I have send an email to Flipkart a week ago also made a call on customer Care number but as usual I got a lot of promises rather than resolve the issue.. they Flipkart team will get touch within 24 hrs.for resolving this issue but still waiting for response.. let see when 24 hrs.will come because more than 1 week has been over but team still enjoying movement of customer pain. Thanks Flipkart...
