I actually received a newer version of this TV (Sansui SJX24FB) - the only difference being the new model has 2*8W speakers - rest all specs are same and in fact slightly better than the older model (power saving, USB playback formats). For this price, this is a decent LED TV with impressive picture clarity. As with most of the entry level LED TVs the sound output is not all that great. Good as a secondary, in-the-room TV!
Well to start it off, Placed an order, got the TV within 2 days. nEfficient delivery from Flipkart.nn> However, the panel inside the TV was defective, as a result of which the display used to go off and then come back on, sometimes after 10 mins & sometimes after 1 hour. n> Also i did not receive the accessory bag that is mentioned on the site ! Disappointed. nnFlipkart called up to ask if every thing was in order, told them the problem to which they replied they will arrange the technician (From Sansui). Finally got the Panel replaced, so far the TV is working fine :) nnNow for the TV, n> It has got good display, apart from that nothing is worth mentioning. n> Sound is too low, you will need external speakers. n> AV output & USB & HDMI port are behind the TV in a cramped up location which is n quite frustrating. n> Sansui customer care is OK, not too bad.

Do not buy Sansui product. Reason being, i purchased this product on 23rd Jany, 2016. nProduct is good working condition. however warranty card does not have signature and stamp of dealer. Now, when i called customer care on 18004194040 this number is not working. When i called 02039404040 it is goind to gujrat, where customer care are support for Videocon, sansui and guess all others.nnWhen i told them about my problem, they are saying reach out to flipkart from where you have purchased LED. nnToday i am having no issue, but guess in future is something goes wrong. I am in no man land, as sansui will ask to go to Flipkart. Flipkart will ask to go the Mahavir and presume Mahavir will ask to go to Sansui.nnIt will be a never ending cycle.nnbetter go for something which has assurance of warranty.nnALSO, Flipkart should make sure, that customer are getting all required documents in condition as like Warranty card and other stuff. nnMerely send a soft copy of bill is not sufficient.nnnRegards
