I piurchased this TV from Flipkart on Mobile Apps which mentioned a special cash back of 10%. But flipkart disallowed the said cash back. Their comments are as under:- Quote: We regret to inform you that, we are unable to guarantee you on prices and offers available on our website. We would like to inform you that the prices and offers of the products listed on our website fluctuates as per the updates received by us from the respective brand and the sellers. Unquote. Shall advise prospective people to be aware of their ads.

Advice you not to buy Sansui. Please Don't buy Sansui, their service network is not genuine, they will cheat if not covered in warranty , replace with nonworking parts to lot our pocket. My TV got water logged in flood, gave the complain with customer care. The service engineer came to home and said if it was water logged I need to bring the TV to service center. I took the TV to their service center, after 20days they came up telling all parts got damaged and quoted 22k for repair. I choose to take the TV back as the amount was huge. Later When I came home was shocked to see they had replaced with broken led panel. Took the help of urbanclap led mechanic and confirmed they had replaced with not working broken led panel. They cheated me by replacing non working parts and quoted the entire price. My TV was given for service at JEN tech service , Arumbakkam,Chennai. The head at service center was rude not ready to listen and they will take time to replace each and every part. To note my Led TV had 3yrs warranty also, since it was flood affected , the warranty is void. Very very upset when I came to know I am cheated, all this happened in 60days of buying the TV. I am online purchaser since ebay started their first online portal since 2008, from now on I'm going to go for shops only. I never had such bitter experince ,Flipkart helped changing my mind not to buy online. Also Flipkart will not help as they are only retailers just sell everything and do not consider buyer protection at all.

I bought a Philips 40" TV from Snapdeal but it turned out to be a dud!! I returned the product and decided to go for this TV instead. I got this tv for 28k which is far lesser than Philips. Moreover this TV includes features like MHL, 4 HDMI ports, Gr8 Sound. Great Product from Gr8 Japanese Brand!!

5 stars to flipkart for speedy delivery and installation.. 3 stars to FLIPKART "ENGINEER" who did the installation and demo (demo was a waste of time).. 4 stars to the TV -1080p content looks good enough -audio is loud but the quality is not up to the mark (Also, to get the best audio and video, you have to tweak the settings a lot & turn off all the settings which were ON by default) -software or interface is nice -usb ports work fine (did'nt test the HDMI ports & MHL feature is a gimmick) -I was facing difficulty in using the remote -for extended warranty, u have to call sansui care overall, 8.5/10 !!! UPDATE - 7.5/10!! 1080p display is nice.. Audio is decent.. Many ports to enjoy... Only gripe is I am not really sure if the products on flipkart are brand new.. I am having this doubt because I made an exchange of this TV.. And the one I received had scratches on the back and fingerprints... Secondly, the sansui care aren't willing to give you a written proof about the extended warranty..

Tv looks excellent, Clarity is good.. Usb also plays most of the formats but in few formats Audio is not working... Sansui need to work on it.. I will provide detailed review in another 10days..
