Thank you Flipkart for delivering my A/C and not for installing it. Your business assurance for the installation is 2 days. The AC got delivered on Sunday and the scheduled date for installation was 27/04 and you guys kept on moving it till Friday(29/04) . Thank you for wasting my 3 leaves. Now I got a call from Flipkart saying that it will be done by Tuesday(03/05) . Seriously ? 10 days for an AC installation ? . If you have a busy schedule for the installation, you should show the same while purchase. Thank you for spoiling my 3 office days. on 9 march i bought the AC make of Sansui 15 ton 5 start AC and fdone lost of search before buying and call flipkart & Sansui both for Details specification that for is this AC having copper condenser Coil or Aluminium which effect lot on the power consumption & life of AC which means you lose your pocket every month for Electricity bill & early scrap of Ac means loss on asset. this is really a blunder played by Flipkart And SANSUI both customer care people said they not aware which is just big joke. i suggest to all the flipkart AC buyers please do check the condesor coil must be Copper which will work longer if aluminium coil is got heated in long run it will get bust but copper will not bust so buying copper coil ac is the best option for that you may have to pay 4-5 Thousand Extra but its worth to invest as its run longer use less electricity and safety Flipkart is really playing game with customers which is not good as a E commerce company, in future i will think 100 times before byuing
