i am unhappy with return or exchange policy of Flipkart...its seems thats its a biggest mistake i made to go with Flipkart. i am facing issue with dolby digital plus sound. when ever i made setting on my tata sky sound to dd+ , then on hd channel i am getting source info pop up after every 2 min. Plz check guys and let me know any one having same problem. Flipkart- please don't made false promises. @Flipkart - Thanks for the support and finally the product got exchanged by flipkart and now its working as expected. Thanks in advance. Now i am happy and ready to give 5 start :)
Very prompt delivery by flipkart. I received TV within 18 Hrs at me doorstep. Excellent work. TV is good. I liked built-in-woofer, which provides nice sound effect compared to Samsung and LG. Sony Service Center people took more days to install. You need to chase and call them many times.
Its very bad experience with flipkart. once i received my TV installation done after 15 days after fighting soooo much with flipkart.
tv is good but hdr option is available only for gaming and and pic quality is awesum with hd connection and the best thing abt this tv is sound quality
Honest review bought it during billion sale - since everyone knows all pros of Sony, I will mention only cons here - 1. SD Channels pixel seem broken with my tatasky SD , so it works same as another low cost tvs. 2. Always facing problems while connecting to screen mirroring, not happy with it. 3. Some video apps don't work like hotstar, only sound but no video. 4. Though it supports browsing, flash doesn't work..., So if you plan to play flash based videos, you can't play them.. 5. It costs atleast 5k more compared to its direct competitors and 15k more from low end tv companies like tcl , onida So, please decide on your own .
