Even though it was not brought through flipkart, this is a beautiful, feature rich camera. Offers so many features for so lesser price, faster performance. I had a side by side comparison with Canon A3200 - priced around 1000bucks less but similar features and capacity. 620 overtook all the tests in terms of quality, speed, performance and battery backup.nnI think any nearest competitor to this camera is at least overpriced by 1000-2000bucks.nnIf you have a strict budget of 5k and land in this page for a review, I would better suggest you to raise your budget and postpone treating your friends after buying this. :)nnPS- I bought this piece 100 bucks lesser price in a famous retail chain of electronic shops with all accessories. So flipkart will NOT give you any advantage on pricing. Choice is yours!!!nnI had also heard good reviews about Canon in google but this proved me wrong in all cases in point and shoot range of cams.
A camera worth buying...I have compared nilon coolpix l26 which come in the same features and it sucks... Photos are brilliant and the video recording is awsome A descent sugession to go for it if you are not trying to become a professional photographer!
