First of the Lappy s very beautifull.. (I really mean it cause , m a Lenovo fan..) but still ordered this one. n I really must praise the TOUCH experience on it ..with WIN8. (but yeah the TouchPAD disappoints sometimes.) and the 2GB RAM may make uh feel ur lappy lazy.. but its good book at the price package. though I still expected gift accessories along with it. (Atleast a screen guard on TOUCH screen) Rest the lappy s all good. The laptop comes with many bundled softwares from SONY n trend micro antivirus, POWERdvd, n some other basic requisite softwares bundled. M loving this new experience

Purchased this laptop in last week of August. confusion to choose between dell and sony. Finally decided SONY because of its bundled softwares, though its pricey compared to dell. Its a touch screen laptop which works smoothly. Again confusion between touch or non touch laptop. finally decided touch screen, for windows 8 and for its apps and games. It's very good experience to play games, work with live tiles, browsing photos, videos etc., Not used much for ms office, photoshop and other work of this kind. Happy thing is... it comes with Imagination Studio VAIO Edition (DVD Architect Studio 5.0, Movie Studio Platinum 12, ACID Music Studio 9, Sound Forge Audio Studio 10), VAIO Movie Creator, Adobe Reader XI, Norton Online Backup, cyberlink Power2Go, etc., These are full version programs and not trials/apps. These itself worth around rs. 25K. Sony buying touch laptop / non touch, sony is best and especially F series. but not happy with that ClearAudio+ mode, S-FORCE Front Surround 3D, Clear Phase, xLOUD, VPT etc., as SONY advertising much. I recommend to buy sony vaio, if you are in confusion to choose the right one.

Very happy using it. Thou, I've absolutely no experience with other touchscreener laptops (thou I've used tablets), found the touchscreen of this laptop very good & responsive, but wasn't too impressed with the mouse touchpad (in comparison to my previous Acer laptop) - so much that I then preferred connecting a mouse.nFor normal use, it's fine, but some heavy programs do tend to hang a bit - maybe due to the 2GB RAM - may make sense to order another 2GB RAM card when buying the laptop, itself. I installed another 2GB RAM, and it worked better.nComes pre-installed with Win 8 & OS DVD isn't supplied, so creating backup is extremely important & doing that wasn't much of a difficult task, but required burning of 6 DVDs. The burning was excellent.nSound quality is excellent, for a laptop. Picture quality too is great. Battery usage is absolutely astonishing. With normal usage, I managed to use the laptop for almost 7 hours.nAnother con is the absence of a physical volume button.nCamera is not bad, for a laptop.nLaptop is very light. Build quality is good, but could be better.

Firstly when i added the product in the morning in the cart at that time the price is 40880 and the sony bag and one year antivirus is free and now i am ready for do the payment it is showing the price is 41 and the sony bag and anti virus is also not including. what is this you are making fool to us.Not appreciated.

I wanted a reasonably priced Windows 8 touch laptop and opted for this one. Seems like a good purchase. Looks nice and the screen is huge. Touch sensitivity is good and responsive. All SOny extras are full versions and good value. I upgraded to 8GB Corsair value RAM from flipkart and the the initial lag and hangups have gone. Would have been better as 4GB RAM from the factory. Touch will take time to getting used to,so installed the "classic shell" software to get the WINXP start menu back. Satisfied with purchase and the flipkart next day delivery.
