Please dont purchase this TV at flipkart. It's really a bad experience. The installation and demo process is worst - I have been waiting for almost 8 days but finally got a call from flipkart that the installation will be charged and I have to follow up with TCL.. my question here is why flipkart is not concerned about any item sold here..they just don't bother once item has been sold out. Also they have very clear mentioned the installation will be done for free of cost. I came to know from TCL that flipkart is not authorized dealer. I strongly suggest not to purchase here , you will definitely waste your time and money. No complaints on TV.
Its better not buy the TV online. Now Flipkart is asking me to wait for another 3 -4 days for installation ! Who will sit idle and do pooja for 1 week waiting for TV ?
Extremely disappointed with the progress of installation . The date has been missed and there is no intimation or update by Flipkart on this !
On time Delivery, Before time installation... Very good TV... Delighted to watch in HD channels... and SD channels also very good Sound is really sound Harman/Kardon blasting Net connectivity and buffering is fantastic... 3 Year Warranty by TCL.... I suggest people should GO FOR C2US models...
TV is good but the TCL customer service is worst than I thought , my TV C2US stopped working in 2 months only and it took 1 month to get repaired from TCL service people . So I think u should think before buying this brand . Thankyou
