According to me, Canon 800D is the best pick under 60k. It offers you an STM Lens, 24.2 MP along with movable, touchscreen display for previews.

Currently there are no smartphones launched in the market with in-display camera. The in-display camera technology is recently launched by Oppo and Xiaomi to give device a better look without any bezel. In this technology the front camera would be hidden in the screen just like the fingerprint sensor. Oppo is expected to launch its first in-display camera phone Oppo X2 by the end of 2019, however it is not confirmed whether it would be available in the market or would just be a prototype. Along with Oppo, Xiaomi has also revealed its in-display camera technology but hasnt released its launch date yet. It is also expected that these in-display camera phones would be having bigger lens as they would be hiding under the screen without giving any ugly look to the display.
