Redmi 3s is good for those who want small screen phone with good battery backup.

Look and design is very subjective and I have always felt that there is something missing in Redmi 3S design. But Redmi 4A is a very different is a plastic build phone but feels very durable in hand.

Go for Xiaomi Redmi 3s . I am using this phone from past few months. Redmi 3s has better battery backup, slightly better performance processor. Moreover, it has a full metal body design whereas Redmi 4A has polycarbonate body. By just spending Rs.1000 extra, you get more features and good looking smartphone.
