What makes this launch notable is HP’s first-ever separate drum and toner system for the A4 commercial segment, allowing businesses to print more at a lower cost per page. As per the brand, the new drum delivers up to 10000 pages, while the printers offer 33 ppm print speeds with automatic duplexing across all models. HP says the design also uses 20 per cent recycled plastic, aligning with sustainability goals.

The company claims a first page out time of 8.5 seconds, powered by a 600MHz processor and 256MB memory, which should keep everyday print tasks smooth. The top-of-the-line MFP 355sdnw adds a 40-sheet ADF for multi-page scanning and copying, making it suitable for office teams handling paperwork at scale. A 250-sheet input tray plus a multipurpose tray should ensure minimal refills during peak load.
Furthermore, with the Laser 355dw and the MFP model, users also get mobile printing support through the HP app, while businesses can also choose between USB, Ethernet and wireless connectivity across the lineup. As per the brand, the new printers are built for high-volume workflows with faster output and reliability.

It comes with an auto duplex feature, which is supposed to cut paper usage by half. Alongside, there are also high-yield HP 181A/181X toners rated up to 3000 pages, which should help reduce recurring operational costs. HP also says the long-lasting 181A drum further extends device life and minimises downtime.
