Samsung has announced the launch of a new tablet in India. The Galaxy Tab A11+ is set to debut in India this month. It was launched globally in September alongside the Galaxy Tab A11. As the name suggests, the Galaxy Tab A11+ would be a more expensive variant of the vanilla Tab A11, which starts at Rs 12,999 in India. The Tab A11+ would be costlier but possibly under Rs 20,000 since it’s part of Samsung’s budget tablet lineup.

The Galaxy Tab A11+ will be available in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants, with support for up to 2TB expandable storage. The tablet will come in 5G and Wi-Fi variants, which have been listed on the Samsung India website already. Colour options for the Galaxy Tab A11+ include Silver and Gray.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Tab A11+ features an 11-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) WUXGA display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It houses a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls, and an 8MP rear camera. The tablet also features quad speakers with Dolby Atmos sound and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Under the hood runs the MediaTek Dimensity 7030 processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

On the software front, the Galaxy Tab A11+ runs One UI 8 based on Android 16, and it will get seven years of software updates. The tablet also gets Google Gemini, Circle to Search with Google, and Solve Math on Samsung Notes. The tablet packs a 7,040mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

Samsung has yet to reveal the India launch date of the Galaxy Tab A11+. But since it’s confirmed to debut this month, we should see it officially within a week. The Galaxy Tab A-series is Samsung’s budget tablet offering in India, with prices usually falling under Rs 20,000.
