I purchased Voltas 1 ton split AC from flipkart. I faced main issue with the installation. The company person came after 10 days of the complain and was charging a big amount for installation. Because of leakage i spent 5000 for installation and there was no response from the flipkart. This was really very pathetic and disrespectful. Flipkart does not give proper after sales service and there is no support from flipkart. So i suggest please do not buy anything from flipkart.
I have purchased this product on 21st April , as per the delivery schedule date i got 2 days delay in delivery . still we have not reacted but after getting the product, installation of the ac has took 2 more days .when the person come he come to know some fault in AC. we requested for replacement and still waiting for the the same . flipkart team is saying 2nd may for replacement. Again we have to wait. Its irritation for me as I am following up with flipkart team lot.
