I hv ordered this ac on 7th may nd got delivered within 24hr.delivery was excellent.B4 even delivery flipkart arranged local 3rd party fr installation support.there is a precautionary notice on voltassite any ecommerce site likr flipkart is not authorise voltas dealer.I called voltas customer care but they told they will provide installion nd warranty support after checked nd installed by their sevice engineer.They r not responsible for any faulty product or parts missing used one if any fr that so they put that notice.They told me not to worry just buy it.then i requested flipkart to contact voltas engineer for installation but flipkart executive told me to contact them myself.But they were unaware of this clause.It ws quiet shocking to me.Then i called voltas helpline nd they installed my ac within 12hr by their service engineer and its working fine.Excellent installation support frm voltas.So guys who r going to buy Voltas ac better to installed by their authorised service engineer...Flipkart Should be more carefull nd informative!!!100 marks for delivery nd pricing to flipkart.Price is nearly 2.5 k to 3k less comared to local retails

AC stopped working on day 1. raised a complained a month back and made multiple phone calls but their technician never arrived. never buy voltas products. worst service ever.

Don't buy this one. In fact don't buy frlipkart at all.nI unfortunately bought it faced so much trouble.n1. I ordered an ac from them on 19th april,2016. From 21st they startd showing in their website that the product has been delivered whereas I received it on 23rd april. multiple complains and still they haven't changed the date. Everyday they(flipkart + voltas) will just give me lies and excuses. Idiots and scumbags all over the place.n2. no installation done till 30th when a fraud from their side told me i should get it done on my own and flipkart will pay the money once i provide him the details of the invoice. next day he told me he will pay me only 1300 ar per their policy. i said min they charge is 1500 and he said he will pay that into my flipkart wallet which i can transfer to my bank accnt. Now that idiot has given me a gift card. How the hell an i suppose to transfer the gift card..

Wonderful Ac running very good from past 20days

It's just a 3rd class product, after some time it's start giving you a tons of problem,like light are not visible, fan is not working etc. Waste of money I thought I would have buy Blue star instead of this
