THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.AND AWAITING INSTALLATION,M/S JEEVES HAVE ALREADY RECEIVE INSTALLATION CHARGES FROM ME ONLINE.NOW THEY WANT ME TO MANAGE ELECCTRIC EXTENSIN AND AN EXXTA PAYMENT FOR BRACKETS TO THE TUNE OF RS 750.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT FOR THEY HAVE CHARGED ME INSTALLATION FEE? ONLY FOR MAKING A HOLE IN THE WALL AND FIXING SCREWS? PLEASE SETTLE THE ISSUE OTHERWISE ARRANGE REFUND OF INSTALLATION CHARGE PAID AND IF NO SOLUTION IS FOUND THEN SEALED AC MAY BE TAKEN BACK AND FULL REFUND OF AC+INSTALLTION CHARGES MAY BE MADE IMMEDIATELY IN CASH SO THAT I MAY BUY AC LOCALLY. 10i ordered this AC but we installed after 2 months , that time only we unboxed that after installing we come to know that the AC PCB (Display [or] IR is broken ) there is also not replaced because no time so we wait 2 more months for voltas response to my AC issues .
