I am not satisfied with this product return or cancelletion policy. I am suffered with product descriptions. and we wrongly selected this product and now cancel this order but I could not done the the order cancell at my hand, please cancel this order and refund my amounts.

Writing a review after using this product after 2 Weeks. Overall AC is excellent as it's TATA product, but installation service is very poor provided by Jeeves/JP enterprises. They come to my place on 2nd day of product delivery for installation. they (2 guys) were not professional at all-both were chewing tobacco and spitted in my society area,lift. Installation---The cost of the installation for me is too high e.g, AC fitting/Installation charge 1600, extra water pipe Rs. 750(actual market price is Rs.100-150 max) outdoor wall unit stand Rs.850 (market price wuld be Rs.500 max)(very Expensive from them-better to purchase online) Extra whole in Wall Rs. 1700(high cost for 14 inches whole) Electric ThreePin: Rs 100 (Rs.40-50 the real cost) Wire: Rs. 70 for 1 feet. (Rs.10 would be real cost ) Total Cost is around 5000-5200 for installation i spent. Product-AC is nice with cooling n all. but bit noisy
