please don't buy 5 star rating A/c it has using Aluminium fins, my 5 star voltas vertis gold A/c is scrap within 15 months Aluminium fins are leaking common and it may need complete replacement & expences around Rs. 8 To 10,000/- aluminium is cheaper than copper. so manufacturers are using Aluminium fins, but it is not durable. always think before buy air conditioners always copper condenser fins with blue coating.

This ac is not cooling. I complaint to jeevas instalation maçhenic who suggest for voltage stablizer. But not cooling with stablizer

very poor services given by the installation person in spite of repeated call he has not attended the call initially the installation date is given for 24th and the person has not reported even on 25th we have taken leave from the office and waiting for a person to come and install the machine. there is no contact number given for that person he has not come and later on when we have issued complaint for installation the date is given very late that is on 30th and later and also the person has not reported and he is just making calls that he will come in the morning and he will come in the evening but he has not come and by force we have to install just machine by outside vendor which has cost as much more than the normal cost. this has really contributed in the dis satisfaction of the services please take stringent action and explain why when the committed date is given as 24 the person has not reported for installation and why the person has not bother to call the customer.customer service when we have contacted the customer helpdesk customer service after installation the person says your your warranty will be cancelled as you have installed it through some other vendors I want to know why there is no panelty on the installation service provider. when the person is not reported even after giving a multiple calls and when the committed date is given or intimated to us on the multiple SMS there is no paneltyon the person who is not attending the call.can you revert our money which is taken for the warranty coverage before cancelling the warranty for the machine.

never buy electronic from Flipkart. pathetic after sales by Voltas and Flipkart. poor installation, worst staff provided by Voltas. Arrogant and inexperienced. worst experience
