was very happy to book this tv under the deal after thoroughly checking the specs on vu website and Flipkart that its 4K smart tv. But my joy short lived when the Jeeves guy who came for installation confirmed that its not a smart tv. I immediately called the retailer Top Ten electronics from Vashi who supplied the tv for Flipkart and he admitted that there was same model earlier which was not 4K /smart and by mistake the product they registered the product under smart tv.Also after realising the mistake top ten delisted the product from Flipkart but by the time few hundred orders already came.I fail to understand that when they knew the mistake then why normal tv delivered. I also called the vu tv helpdesk and they confirmed there is no confusion related model no.. the model 43S6575 is indeed a smart tv and same was mentioned on the box.Was very excited for the new tv before Diwali but now have to wait for the refund .. be aware and take note as this can happen to anyone..

Wrong product delivered.....TV supposed to be Smart TV...non Smart delivered for the price of a Smart TV. Called customer care twice for a replacement. They escalated issue for refund. Called customer care care third time for replacement request they said processing your request for for replacement. Immediately after a few minutes Customer care care response in a message: Seller is unable to fulfill your request........Making fools out of customers.....Thank you Very much FLIPKART............Happy Diwali............

Before buying this TV ,Confirm mentioned specification from Flipkart & Vu they have delivered me Vu play Series TV Model no (43S6575) with different specification , 2 X HDMI port and 1 X USB port , model No Vu 109 cm LED TV | 43S6575 REV.PL mentioned on TV box , I have immediate raised complaint to Flipkart on dt.15-Oct-17 but I have not received firm reply from them regarding the replacement. So guys please check specification first what you are ordering and what they delivered to you.

Good product As show in pic same as. Screen cast is awesome because no need to download any application and its workings with aa screen cast. YouTube was fine. Good picture quality at 4K video play.

Pathetic service and a pathetic seller these Flipkart have wit them, first order was cancelled without even informing me and now these guys delivered me a non smart tv after waiting for 10 long days and thereafter I placed refund request but the pick up dint happen on the day promised and after waiting for the whole day in evening got a msg tat as per my request but in nvr requested for reschedule of tat Nalla TV however it was rescheduled and was set for today and no update for pick up and now I hv to call n place the request again and then spare 1 more day waiting for my products.. being festive season m waiting home to get this sorted and its complete waste of time and money... Flipkart is getting worse day by day and more over the service is pathetic Bad rather v bad experience ordering this TV
