Flipkart should remove the Return option as it has the worst return Policy.

I have repeatedly told you that you have snatched my hard earned money nof the amount of Rs 36999/- and pushed me a defective , degraded , nsubstandard product in the name of Google certified official Android TV , nwhich needed to be replaced twice within a month . nThe real value of your product must not be more than Rs 2-- 3000/- . nI have informed this fraud to Flip cart and will be compelled to ninform others also . nI have already requested you and Flipcart take back this downgraded nproduct from me and give me back my hard earned Rs 36990/- which you took nfraudulently as the price of this grade less TV . As I have to earn money nby hard work and not by making fraud business as you , this money matters nto me . nI am requesting you and Flipcart do the needful and give me the full nrefund at the earliest and stop such fraud business at once .

Using it for about 2 weeks and can say that the Product is excellent in terms of Display clarity and software. The built in chromecast is a huge bonus because it also support ultra hd. Normally we would have to buy chromecast ultra to get this feature which is not even available in India. Overall very satisfied. The software tends to misbehave if not properly shutdown when switching on the tv but this is easly fixed with a power on and power off.

Really a bogus whatever add u might give about ur superb job but to real fact is that whenever customer purchases ur product till that time u help them but once the product has reached the customer u dont even try to check it out that whether product has been installed or not no commitment at all just fooling customers

Don't buy this product please, as Flipkart is making some percentage on this and forcing us to keep the product once we purchase, requested to replace with higher model on the same day of received TV but Flipkart said helpless as useless... I purchased and noticed below issues 1)very poor in Audio quality 2) home theater connected through Bluetooth, audio plays slowly not matching with exact video play 3) Requested Flipkart to change the product with any higher model, but Flipkart said "we are helpless" 4)No Screen Mirroring feature, so there so no point of saying "Smart TV" now-a-days all are need screen mirroring feature to connect their Mobile or Tablet to use all features comes with Mobile/Tab. Positive straits are 1) Picture quality acceptable That's it no any other features, I lost 37k and looking to buy another one which comes Screen Mirroring.... Very useless services by Flipkart
