Absolutely fantastic product!nOnly one word for this monster- wow ! The moment it arrived at my house, it just took my breath away. My review is composed of several parts.n1. Package arrival and installationnFlipkart was unbelievable. Package was bang on time, with the ability to schedule the time of delivery. Packaging was superb.nInstallation was done by Jeeves. They were kind enough to install the same night at 7 PM. So very happy for that.nThe only minus was that the wall mount wasn't sent along with this. It took a few more days to arrive. When I contacted the guys who installed the TV, no one responded. So one complaint to Flipkart and immediately they sent a new service engineer. So overall, problem solved. It was worth the wait.n2. The wall mounting and portsnFor best results, wall mount the TV. It looks like a piece of art! The major minus after wall mounting is that none of your usb or HDMI ports can be accessed with any ease after that. The TV is really really heavy. Easily weighs 40 plus kilos. So my suggestion is, install all your cables and a USB extender for access. If you think you can move the TV each time, you can forget it! I'm pretty strong myself and can barely budge it.n3. The TV itselfnOnly one word - magnificent! The TV is so sleek. Looks like a painting on a large wall. Sound is excellent. Pretty decent volume and quality. Full 5.1. Doesn't really need a sound bar. Though it does help overall. TV sound by itself is excellent.nNetflix and you tube stream really fast if you have a good internet connection. So much so that I've not watched cable at all since this game.nLast part of my review, and certainly not the least, picture quality. I cannot find enough words in the English language to describe the effect. Simply mind blowing. When you watch 4k content on Netflix or whatever, it is as if the characters spring to life! I can go on and on. Full HD is magnificent here. And it definitely seems to be upscaling 1080 pixel content. 720p looks great too, though not as great as full HD. SD content looks ok. But still good. You will end up going for more HD content and subscribing to the 4k version of most of the net streaming sites thanks to this TV. Haven't tested out 3d content yet, but I assume it must be superb.nHope you have enjoyed my review. Go ahead and buy it... At any price, you will never regret this purchase. Only issue is, you will never look at any other TV with any respect ever again!

When the TV arrived the hdmi ports weren't working and it's been 3 months since the complaint was put forward and I'm still sitting here without a functioning TV. They said the item isn't in stock to replace nor is it repairable but after looking online today it's showing in stock so obviously I'm upset as I'm sitting here without a functioning TV. Flipkart are trying to con me so I'll have to get my lawyers involved as they think 2.3lac rupees is joke to spend on a TV!!!

I have purchased tons of equipment online and never ever had to face so much frustration with a simple installation process. A little background first. Flipkart has tied up with Jeeves (which Flipkart owns) for service and installation. All TV's below 65" have the wall mount in the TV box itself and Jeeves simple comes and does the installation, makes life simple. For TV's over 65" inch (and this one falls in that category obviously), the Box does not contain the Wall mount and instead Jeeves has to install the same from their own stock. The problem is that most of the engineers do not have a clue about this special case, they simple refuse to install since the wall mount is not in the box. So Jeeves refused to install. I called Flipkart, the customer service lady started explaining to me as to how people who get the bigger TV's do not go for a wall mount. I was completely annoyed, so I told her that the description maintains that a wall mount is provided and I do care what others do, I would like to have the wall mount for the TV I purchased for 2 lakhs. She tells me that she will fix the problem and five minutes later, I get a email from Flipkart saying the order is being approved for the return request that I raised. Because none of these folks had a clue on the process, Flipkart was going to burn cash by repacking and taking back a perfectly working TV and ship me another box, which incidentally wont solve the problem. I got terrible frustrated as the TV was very good, there was no reason to repack and return the enormous box. Within a hour, the uninstallation was scheduled and Jeeves started calling me for packing the TV and returning it :-) Frustration beyond words. So I reached out to a Jeeves employees who had called me and told them that Im willing to pay for the wall mount, but I want this done. One of them spoke to the Jeeves manager, who prompty acknowledged that they have the bigger wall mounts in their other service center and I was told it would be installed the next day. No one called the next day, a few more nag calls happened and and after all the circus, the Jeeves folks came and installed it professionally. The Wall mount was from VU company itself and pretty strong. And then I called Flipkart to cancel the return request. If this happens to you, dont lose heart. Keep fighting till someone figures out that the Wall Mounts for 75" TV's are with Jeeves themselves, shipped seperately from VU :-) As for the TV itself, it is a piece of art. A perfect picture quality, a little leakage of light from a few angles in the dark scenes, but the 4k quality is just pristine. Im yet to test out the 3D, but they have included 2 active 3D glasses with the TV. Totally worth the circus I had to endure to get it installed :-)

I received this TV by today without wall mounting bracket.

I bought this TV because of the Diwali offers and sale price. I will divide my comments into two sections The TV and the buying process The TV is amazing. It definitely has all the features that exists in more expensive TV's. It is very light and thin. The quality of the pictures are amazing. It is very easy to learn how the setup the TV and make it very useful. The remote control is not as fancy as the onces you see in Samsung Smart TV - but I like this one better. The buying process was hassle free and the product was shipped within two days of buying it. They win out on the timely delivery of the product. I would recommend that the delivery logistics team look at the weight of the product to determine how many people to send to deliver the product. A team of two people came in a truck to deliver this (and other such packages). Now, the driver had to sit next to the truck to take care of the remaining packages. So, we just had one staff member who had to drag this large TV to my house - luckily the TV was not that heavy. Normal local retailers would have send two delivery boys plus a driver. Other than this small suggestion - I am extremely pleased with my decision to buy this from flipkart.
