Flipkart -The behaviour of courier partner was rude. product delivered late than prescribed time. I have to take full day leave as flipkart executive asked to stay at the time of delivery. Installation-The installation engineers were untrained and worst, broken wall at different places and at last told us it could not be installed. After informing customer care they came and installed badly.Long pipe inside room is connected. They charged Rs 3,000.00 extra .In spite of contacting customer care several times, they could not help. Product- In fact Whirlpool is cheating by saying it is 3D cool. It is not 3D cool. The fan does not rotate both ways. When contacted customer care, they told 3D does not work in this model,It works only in deluxe supreme model,Then why did they mention 3D cool, they did not have answer. There are issues with remote. Although there are many functions in remote, but all of them do not work and sometime display of unit shows different from display in the remote. Return- We ,first decided to return,but cancelled it because of two reasons :- 1. Installation charge( 3,000) collected will not be refunded,2. customer care told me that they will take care and repair, which they never did.
I have been a loyal customer of FLIPKART for a very long time and was always pleased with their customer support and on-time delivery. Considering my experience I took the decision of ordering a Whirlpool 1 Ton 3 Star AC from Flipkart, But this time FLIPKART has changed the game for me and have probably decided to CHEAT me and LOOT my Money. According to FLIPKART Tracking, the Product is Delivered (WHICH A BIG LIE) Their Customer Service GUY Says ITS UPDATED by Mistake. (WHY/HOW ?) no actions to re-correct it. I ordered the AC on 7th April 2016 with confirmed delivery date of 16th April 2016 which is yet not delivered and FLIPKART is saying give us couple of days to resolve your quarry, but there is no definite update till now. They have asked for time for more than 3 times but haven’t resolved the issue. I still have no update on IF / WHEN and WILL I ever get my AC. This is really frustrating. Since I the time placed my order I was not able to Track the shipment as well. NO TRACKING ID Provided. I have been calling FLIPKART customer care but no one has given me a satisfactory answer apart from we will resolve your issue with 2 days and 4 days. I never expected such pathetic treatment from FLIPKART to its OLD and Loyal customer. I now have no other option but to POST all the communication on social media and reach out to FLIPKART’s FOUNDERS and CUSTOMER Satisfaction HEADS. BTW: I do not say in any remote place where the delivery may have a issue I stay in PUNE which to my best of knowledge has delivery HUBS spread across. Lastly FLIPKART TOTALLY LOOSING ITS USP.
Due date was 10 days from the order date. WS retail simplydelayed for 10 more days. Though I followedup every day. Every time they were buying extra time for investigation. They said they will give the Token of apology for the delay. Finally to avoid all these, updated falsely as delivered and told me that refund initiated. But now again bought time for investigating how marked as delivered and it is one month and simply wasting my time and money. Prefer to avoid these fake people call centre. always ensure what they have updated in the web and talk to their managers and note down the names.
