Pathetic service from flipkart. I have ordered this product and receive it ontime. Since i dont like the product as it was not as per my expectation. And we dont have physical feel of the product, colour and model of the product while doing online shopping. I have requested for exchange of the product but their representative deny to return the product as that is not under their policy. Even emphasis that since we have ordered online and they can replace only if the product is defective or damage. Flipkart is not doing any favour for replacing defective or damage product as all the product comes with warrranty. Even a shop keeper will exchange any product if we buy locally. I have done shopping online from other provider but not face such problem. I just say pathetic service from flipkart.
