Whirlpool Explore 855 LEW 5.5 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine

I bought this during the diwali sale that was on Flipkart. The overall experience was awesome. Placed the order on 6th Oct. Scheduled delivery option was available for the 6th as well. Booked it for 6th, but was not very optimistic. However, was amazed that the delivery was made as promised on the same day. AWESOME!!!nnHowever, the 2 stars is for the product or rather the manufacturer. I was promised that the installation by the tech will take place in 24-48 hrs. I can understand that there could be a huge rush and hence the delays, but its been 1 week since I rcvd the product. At least for courtesy someone from Whirlpool could have called me to fix an appointment. No calls from Whirpool till now. On the other hand, Flipkart executives call me everyday to check if someone from Whirlpool had called or visited for installation. Kudos to Flipkart for the followup. Kepe up the good work!nI wouldnt say the same for Whirlpool thoh. I finally installed it myself today, couldnt wait for Whirpool. Its a washing machine for god's sake, for how many days am I expected to keep soiled dresses without washing!nIts cheap and the wash options available are good. But I would still not recommend this product to others. Don't bother buying this product, if efficient service of high priority for you. Otherwise, the machine works well thoh, no issues with that so far (touch wood!). Just worried what would happen if the machine starts mis-behaving and if I need to get it serviced.

the service of flipcart is good but the specifications which are display on website is not true.the machine not have LED display, variable temperature selection,buzzer, water tap closed indicator,delay start ,auto start etc. The machine which is delivered to me was manufactured in 5-2012 its two and half year old. I raised the issue see what they do. when i search this product on whirlpool website reasult is same.no solution. the engineer of whirlpool company who came to me they did not know about function of this machine.I want to say to flipcart plz send me new machine with all the given specification shown on your website.
