don't say negative... its awesome..and no outer unit noise...
Ordered on 24th and got installed within 3 days. Happy with the product so far.
Bought this on 5th April for 29.5K for my bed room. I thought this is very good deal – 3 Star inverter AC with copper condenser, free installation and 10 year warranty. Flipkart delivered the product within 24 hours. Installation was committed to be completed by 8th April. Whirlpool technician came for installation after 8PM on 9th April night. He finished installation by 10PM. Installation was below average – drilling job was not neat, room was filled with all cement debris, the opening made for pipes was oversize and not sealed/covered after fixing the pipes. If you want to avoid water seepage later – you need to get someone to patch up the gaps yourself. Also he didn’t wrap the pipes with vinyl tapes… Apparently the free installation was not free - he charged me Rs 1300. It was 10PM on Sunday night, I had to clean the mess of installation – I just paid him without any arguments. When I asked Flipkart – they were courteous to say that they will provide the credit if I send them the bill. It was again my fault of not taking a bill for what I paid. The warranty as per the manual that came with the product is only 1 year for unit and 4 years for compressor – not 10 years as stated in Flipkart and Whirlpool sites. Flipkart representative were confirming it is 10 year warranty. I have shared the copy of warranty card that says 5 year and waiting Flipkart to provide me a warranty documentation for 10 years. I am not sure if Whirlpool will honor any warranty for this product when they have not provided it in writing, also note that they have not even provided free installation… Also the user manual of the product doesn’t provide the product specification. I find it odd. I am not really sure if the condenser is really a copper one, what gas it is using. There is a sticker on the indoor unit that shows 3 star with ISEER rating of 3.55. Overall a learning experience for me – think again before buying such items from online stores. Now coming to the product itself – AC works well. The 6th sense mode works well to keep the temp at a comfortable level for good night sleep. Indoor unit is very silent in 6th sense mode. Outdoor unit is bit noisy in my balcony but manageable inside.

Prompt Delivery. But the product is Aluminum Condenser. Spec says Copper Condenser. I don't recommend this product.
