In Kolkata, a total of Rs. 2500.00 is the consolidated charge of complete installation and other related works for ACs. Then what facility has been given to me in the name of FREE INSTALLATION ?"
Very bad service,i will not recommend anybody to purchase anything from flipkart. No commitment,no responsibility.only they are making fool of customer

April 22: ordered the product April 24: product delivered. Thanks to flipkart delivery partner that the product was delivered so quick. And in fact, the 2 star point earned is because of the delivery time, otherwise I would have given a 1 star, (wishing for a 0 star) April 24 evening: called flipkart to inform the delivery is complete, and requested for installation. Flipart acknowledged and initiated the request. Also, I was informed that the installation would take 2-5 business days (which is okay) April 25: called flipkart again to check the status. Was informed that the request has already been initiated and should wait for 2 to 5 business days. April 26: called whirlpool customer care to check on the status, and guess what, no request received from flipkart or any other sites (vendors?) for my registered number. I was surprised that a brand as reputed as Flipkart was toying around with customers. Anyway, made the request for installation directly to whirlpool. I was told that I would receive the request no. in my mobile in next 30 mins (which I didn't), and the technician would call me in next 1 hour (which he didn't) and the installation would happen in the next 24 hours (which didn't happen either) April 29: writing this review, hoping that tomorrow would be different. That the last day of April would bring me the long awaited comfort of my beloved purchase. And also wondering if things would have been different if it was Voltas, or Carrier, instead of Whirlpool, and also if Amazon would have been a different experience (just to add a bit, I usually purchase through Amazon and my experience so far has been nothing less than Amazing, just thought of "Flipkarting" for a change, but apparently, I made a mistake)
Installation did from our side from local Ac maintenance person. Did all things fine but cooling is not working .
