Really good and nice
The exchange policy is completely useless.The delivery guy came and the first question he asked was if lights are working in Refrigerator.When I said its not working ,he simply refused to exchange the product .No where in there exchange policy its mentioned that light should work. "In terms and condition its already mentioned that even if internal parts are broken then also exchange will happen." Secondly when I called the customer care and complained about same they then had the word with delivery guy and the guy shamelessly was telling lies that refrigerator is not working and its not cooling.All this statement he gave without even examining the fridge. There exchange policy is a TRAP .They lure customers using the exchange policy and BEWARE there is not refund only replacement,Somehow after arguing with Customer Care I was able to get the refund back.(* the only reason for giving 1 star else they deserve 0 stars).
