The machine started giving trouble from first week of purchase which I had purchase in last July 14. Small clothes goes below the drum which can be retrieved only by a trained technician (after opening a screwed section from the bottom of the washing machine) . It vibrates a lot and now-a-days it started jumping from place to another at the close of each spin cycles. Although capacity of the machine said to be 6.5 kg it can barely handle clothes of size of a 5 kg normal washing machine. I had used Godrej Dreamwash 5.5 kg earlier, which I had used for 9 long years without any problem.
using it for 8 months. Easy delivery. Installation done by whirlpool. whirlpool: Good customer care - they keep calling one in a month or 2. and give some suggestions for better performance of machine Cons- there is material space between drum and top lid. So small cloths like hanker-chief, socks may get stuck if placed on top.
