Product is too good...9/10...whirlpool service is also good.....free installation and demo....
yes i also purchased it because it has inbuilt heater otherwise i also go for lg jetspray technology model. I purchased it last 6 months back and there is a inner drum issue while rotating when it is spin mode. Then i directly swith off the power and i pulled all cloths out and reput it in a equally then it is rotating proparly. I have only this issue. otherwise it is good.
I had a Samsung front load fully automatic washing machine and we were facing a lot of problems on that so we decided to replace the same with a top load fully automatic machine, After going through the options available (with in built heater) we decided to go for this one. Delivery was rescheduled by WSRetail from the original Delivery promised, But when it was delivered the Flipkart Personals were very Polite and Helpful, 5 stars despite rescheduled delivery. Installation was promptly scheduled by flipkart themselves, Received a call from Whirlpools 10 min after the Machine was delivered and the Engineer arrived the very same day. The installation was done in no time, through the Whirlpool personal seemed interested in selling Accessories, Since the Water is hard were we live we decided to buy the Ms Genie Calstrait, We also Purchased a cover and a stand which was delivered after 1 day. Product Pros: 1. Good Looks. 2. So many Program options, with option to select the washing options manually also. 3. In Built heater option and inbuilt option for Hard water wash (Calculates detergent requirement in case of hard water). 4. Simple Diagnostic features on the Panel. 5. Good Washing (been using for the last 10 days with good results.) 6. Can be directly placed on leveled floor, In fact before we put it on the stand it seems to be working without any vibration at all, after placing on the stand we noticed little vibration. The Bottom is designed to be directly place this on a leveled floor, we decided for the stand to have the drain pipe a little more elevated. Cons: 1. Costlier that similar Models (other Brands). 2.Inlet Pipe Drain Pipe is small in length, We had a extended pipe and thus we used the same. Through the Inlet pipe supplied seemed better due to in built inlet filter. 3. Outer Body seems weeks, only time will tell. Overall a good machine but seemed a little costlier, the outer body could have been better, A longer drain and extended inlet pipe could have been better.
Washing Machine is good but Whirlpool business strategy is very bad. You have to buy Iron guard ( 1950/- ) and Wheel Stand ( 1400/- ) from them separately. This extra cost you have to bear otherwise you cant use the product. That's why I am very much disappointed with Whirlpool.
Good to buy product. Thanks to inbuilt heater which saved us in winter.
