waiting since 2 days. neither customer care person nor executive is least bothered regarding my concern...Please Installation My TV...Your Service Engineers are Behaving Rude and rash With Customers...They Don't know How to Talk with Customers.. please Resolve My Problem
Not recommended to purchase the TV. I was excited when the TV arrived and it worked flawlessly for a day. Though the picture quality was very medicore , I was satisfied for this quality at this price range. But my excitement turned into disaster when after a day my TV started developing "greenish display and blurred images". I have asked for a replacement. Is anyone is facing the same issue please let me know by a placing a reply. Hope Flipkart solves my problem soon. P.s : The display picture quality is very bad when compared to premium brands television of same size.
Although MI say its LED TV but in reality it has LCD screen .MI should not try to manipulate people by saying that it is LED . No matter how they explain it that it contains LED in the back of the screen and all,but in reality it is LCD screen, it also say so on the box and on the product itself. Never expected such shrewdness from MI to sell their product. If it is LCD just say so but please dont lie to us. everyone is purchasing it because it say LED but that not entirely true.
Hi FKans, TV Delivery is on time, but had late support from installation team. After several followup Jeeves team attended and installed the tv. Installation team need to strengthen their system of tracking customer through proper tool, attended technician is knowledgeable and good enough to answer all queries, overall fair show, let know the TV's pros and cons after one week.
