Xolo Play T1000 is a smartphone especially designed for power hungry Android guys who are deeply in to gaming. Priced very aptly, the device is capable enough to run any kind of game that exists on the Play store. This is slightly smaller but cheaper than Micromax Canvas 4 and is a great alternative to the Canvas 4 for gamers.
Display and Configuration
Lava XOLO Play T1000 sports a 4.7 inches of IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen Display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. This is the first Indian mobile powered with Nvidia Tegra 3 processor which ic clocked at 1.5 GHz and is supported by 12 Core Nvidia GeForce GPU and 1 GB Ram. This powerful configuration makes the device a powerhouse for gaming.
Camera and Memory
Lava XOLO Play T1000 packs a 8.0MP of Rear camera with 3264x2448 pixels resolution and also featured with 2.0MP of front camera for video calling. The device has the capability to shoot and play 1080p videos.
It houses a 4GB of internal storage capacity which can be expandable up to 32GB via Micro SD Card.
Connectivity and Battery
The device offers connectivity options including 3G, Wi-Fi, USB, GPS, GPRS, Bluetooth etc. It runs on a 2000 mAh Battery which provides talk time of up to 9 hours for 3G and up to 11 hours for 2G.
Unlike other mobiles XOLO Play is poor in receiver. When we are on the road or in the middle of a market place, the receiver quality is poor that the voices are feable.
Phones worth half of its price out perform this by a mile, a rebranded Chinese phone called beidou little pepper, it's full of bugs, Xolo has abandoned this phone, with regards to updates, it did not receive any major updates. People in the xolo play Facebook group are desperately trying to sell it off. It's a surprise that this phone is still listed.
