Sony Xperia SL features a 4.3-inch Scratch-Resistant, HD Reality TFT Touchscreen Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine which bears a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The Xperia SL has been running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. Sony has powered the Xperia SL device with a 1.7GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 Dual Core processor accompanied by 1GB of RAM.
