Verdict
The affordable Acer Chromebook C720=2848 is tailor-made for executing the general task. There is a certain aspect of the device which makes it value for money like the processor and battery backup. But at the same time, one has to keep in mind that the storage capacity is way too low and take into account, this fact before making a choice. On the other hand, if you don't have a strong budget to support your endeavours, then, this machine can be the best bet. 
Display and Storage

The affordable Acer Chromebook C720-2848 comes with a 11.6inch HD LED Backlit display with a standard resolution of 1366 x 768 which is found in most of the Chromebooks. While the storage section of the device consists of 16GB SSD which certainly is way below par. It is available in grey colour option and weighs around 1.35kg. 
    
Configuration and Connectivity

The Acer Chromebook certainly does not have the best processing features that can be found in other laptops. But Intel Celeron Dual Core 2995U coupled with 2GB DDR3 RAM which accounts for a decent performance. The Intel HD graphics maintains the graphical requirement and provides a decent gaming experience.the laptop works on Google Chrome operating system and works on 64-bit architecture. The device consists of regular connectivity options which include Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 4.0.

Battery, Camera and Input Device

The 3 cell Li-polymer battery decides a good battery backup. The front webcam comes in handy for video calling, and standard HD 720p video recording., Some of the regular input devices include- touchpad with multi-gesture support and standard notebook keyboard. Some of the other regular features that is available in the device are -  USB 3.0 slots, USB 2.0 slot, SD card reader, headphone jack, microphone jack, and VGA  port.
