Verdict

The Acer C720 (NX.SHEAA.005) has impressive looks and is light in weight, easy to carry around. Performance wise, the Google Chrome OS saves time by quick booting and task operating, when compared to any other operating system. The battery backup is good, letting you to work on the system for long hours. The storage is less, which indeed is a common feature in Google OS, since it merely taps apps and data through the cloud. Overall, it is a sound option for travellers, business class people, students, writers etc.

Display and Configuration

The Acer C720 (NX.SHEAA.005) comes with a 11.6-inch HD comfyview LED backlit display which features a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Under the hood, there is a 1.4GHz Intel celeron dual-core 2955U processor coupled by 2GB of DDR3 RAM and onboard Intel HD GPU. The laptop boots on Google Chrome operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture. A Chrome OS consumes minimal hardware resources and computing power.

Camera and Storage

Like other laptops, the Acer C720 (NX.SHEAA.005) is also stacked by a webcam above the display screen. The user can enjoy video calling/ shoot recording for long hours and the video quality is good. In terms of storage, the user can save a collection of files in a 16GB solid state drive which is a fast pace performer.

Battery and Connectivity

Acting as an energy provider, is a 3 cell li-ion battery which claims to render a backup fro around 8.5 hours. On the networking ground, the laptop offers a wide range of options such as a Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, one USB 3.0 slot, one USB 2.0 slot, an SD card reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack.
