It features a speedy solid state drive which kills the waiting time while transferring and saving files. However, there are a few Chromebooks which come along with the same configuration but are available at a little less price tag.

The Acer Chromebook C730E (NX.GC1AA.002) netbook flaunts an 11.6 inches HD High Brightness LED Backlit TFT LCD ComfyView display with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The performance is managed by a 2.1GHz Intel Celeron Dual-Core N2840 processor, an Intel HD GPU and 4GB DDR3 RAM combinedly. The 1.4Kg device is only available in a black colour body and runs on Google Chrome OS.

Storage, Sound and Connectivity

The Acer Chromebook C730E (NX.GC1AA.002) netbook has a 16GB solid state drive which transfers and load files faster. The stereo speakers with HD Audio Solution output good quality sound wave. For networking and sharing, the laptop provides a lot of options namely - Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, a microphone jack, a headphone jack, an S-D card reader, one USB 3.0 slot and one USB 2.0 slot.

The Acer Chromebook C730E (NX.GC1AA.002) netbook has a webcam which comes in handy for the user for video calling and recording needs. The user can enjoy video calling by installing apps such as SKYPE. The laptop features two essential input devices such as a touchpad with multitouch gestures support and an Acer fine tip keyboard with numeric keypad. The device is powered by a 4-cell Li-ion battery which delivers a good amount of backup.
