The powerful Intel Core i5 processor is a big surprise in this budget. However, it is negotiated to some extent by the absence of any OS. The laptop also flaunts a HD webcam, optical drive, USB 3.0 slot and Gigabit Ethernet port.

The Acer Aspire E1-572 (NX.M8ESI.002) comes with the usual HD LED backlit ActiveMatrix TFT Color LCD display with a FWXGA resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels and poses enhanced brightness that looks great while watching media files. It is wrapped in a 25.4mm thick black colored outfit which has a weight of 2.3kg and may not look too appealing but calls for less maintenance.

At the heart of the Acer Aspire E1-572 (NX.M8ESI.002), there is a mighty 4th generation Intel Core i5 processor sprinting at 2.6GHz and based on HM77 Express chipset. It is assisted by a usual 4GB DDR3 RAM expandable up to 8GB via single user accessible slot. For better management of graphics, it depends on Intel HD 4400 GPU. It lacks any preloaded OS which is its sole disappointing thing.
