The Acer Aspire E3-111 (NX.MQVAA.002) is a small sized lightweight laptop. It has great battery backup. However, apart from that, the laptop fails to impress on all other grounds such as the processor, display, dedicated GPU etc as the price tag is expensive. You can check out some other high-end laptops with a dedicated GPU in this budget.

Display and Configuration

The Acer Aspire E3-111 (NX.MQVAA.002) features an 11.6-inch comfy view, anti-glare LED backlit display which has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The system is driven by an Intel Pentium Quad-Core N3530 processor powered at a clock speed of 2.1GHz. It is coupled with a 4GB of DDR3 RAM which can be increased up to 8GB as per the user desire. The laptop runs on Windows 7 Home Premium operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.

Camera and Storage

The user can get in touch with his/her close ones over video calling with the help of a webcam present above the bezel. In terms of storage, there is a 500GB SATA hard disk present inside the system. It performs the task at a speed of 5,400 revolutions per minute. 

Input Devices and Body Looks

A touchpad with multi-touch gestures support and an Acer FineTip keyboard with numeric keypad are the input devices present in the Acer Aspire E3-111 (NX.MQVAA.002). Design wise, the laptop is well-crafted in a silver coloured body which measures 292 x 210.8 x 20.3mm and weighs only 1.3Kg.

Connectivity and Battery

Networking options include Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, one USB 3.0 slot, two USB 3.0 slots, an SD card reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack. Acting as a stamina provider is a 3 cell Li-ion battery which keeps the entertainment on for long hours.
