The Acer Aspire E5-532 (NX.MYESI.009) is designed for the ones who want an inexpensive laptop irrespective of sound configuration. This model is a good choice for daily usage but heavy multitasking and running superior apps are bound to lack due to the presence of poor RAM.

Display and Configuration

The Acer Aspire E5-532 (NX.MYESI.009) laptop features a 15.6-inch HD LED active matrix TFT colour LCD display which flaunts a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Acting as the brain of the system, is a 1.6GHz Intel Pentium quad core N3700 processor aided by 2GB of DDR3 RAM and integrated Intel HD GPU. For more efficient performance, the user can increase the RAM capacity upto 8GB. The laptop boots on Windows 8.1 operating system and weighs 2.4Kg.

Connectivity and Camera

For networking and sharing, the laptop has a wide range of options such as - an ethernet 10/100/1000 BASE-T, Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1, two USB 2.0 slots, one USB 3.0 slot, an HDMI out, a digital media reader, a headphone jack and a microphone jack. The laptop is stacked by a webcam and features inbuilt microphone which comes in handy for the users for video calling and recording purposes.

Battery, Storage and Input Devices

The laptop derives its energy from a 4 cell li-ion battery which claims to keep the entertainment on upto 4.5 hours. On the storage ground, the user can create a library of files in the 500GB SATA hard disk. In order to transmit data in the system, the laptop offers two input devices - a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and a standard keyboard.
