The Acer Aspire E5-731 (NX.MP8AA.002) sports a 17.3-inch HD Widescreen CineCrystal LCD LED backlit display which offers coarse viewing experience with a resolution of merely 1,366 x 768 pixels. The solid iron black coloured outfit has a thickness of 27.94mm and a weight of 2.99kg thereby posing problems in terms of portability.

 

Processor and Platform

 

Acting as the brains of the laptop is a 1.7GHz Intel Pentium dual-core 3556U processor. It is coupled with a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM which functions at 1,600MHz and is further expandable up to 16GB via two DIMM ports. The preloaded Intel HD GPU takes care of intensive games and movies.
