The Acer Aspire ES1-511 (NX.MMLAA.013) comes with average features in all departments which is justified by its affordable price tag. It boots the latest Windows OS which is a bit surprising considering its price. The sound battery is another attraction of this device. However, it lacks a good processor and a quality webcam.

Display and Outfit

The Acer Aspire ES1-511 (NX.MMLAA.013) exhibits a 15.6-inch Active Matrix TFT Colour LCD display with LED backlit and a native resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Running on CineCrystal technology, the screen imparts greater amount of brightness. It is wrapped in a 27.2mm thick black coloured outfit which has a weight of 2.4kg.

At the helm of the laptop, there is a 2.1GHz Intel Celeron dual-core N2830 processor. It works in combination with a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM which operates at 1,600MHz and can be further expanded up to 8GB through the single DIMM slot. Rich videos and movies are managed by the preloaded Intel HD GPU. It runs on 64 bit Windows 8.1 OS, the latest version of the platform.

The Acer Aspire ES1-511 (NX.MMLAA.013) has been spotted with a 0.3MP webcam which works with inbuilt microphone during online video calls. The 500GB SATA hard disk operating at 5,400rpm provides plenty of space for creating a library of files and folders.
