The Iconia W4 tries to replace your full fledged PC with Windows 8.1 onboard, which features enhanced search and sharing features as well as improved touch optimisation. Go for it if you have a good budget, and looking for something more than a tablet.
More than a tablet
The Acer Iconia W4 3G sports an 8-inch IPS 800 x 1,280 pixel resolution display with Zero Air Gap touch technology and 178 degrees of viewing angles. Running Windows 8.1, it's powered by a 1.8GHz Intel Atom Bay Trail quad-core processor, paired up with Intel HD graphics and 2GB of RAM. 

For photography, it has a 5MP rear camera with 1,080p video capture and a 2MP front shooter. It comes with 64GB of internal storage and supports an additional storage of 32GB via microSD cards.

The slate comes with connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro-HDMI and USB. It is fuelled by a 4,960mAh battery. it comes pre-loaded with MS Office Home and Student 2013 edition for free.
