Display and Design

The Acer Aspire V5-123 (NX.MFQEK.001) sports a 11.6-inch Active Matrix TFT Colour LCD LED backlit display which offers visuals with increased brightness and at a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The simply designed black coloured outfit has a thickness of 23.5mm and tips the scale at 1.2kg. It has an Acer FineTip keyboard and a gesture supported touchpad.

Processor and OS

Doing the duty under the hood is a 1.0GHz AMD dual-core E1-2100 processor. It works in tandem with a 2GB DDR3 RAM which is capable of handling only simple multitasking. For better performance, you can increase it up to 4GB. The Acer Aspire V5-123 (NX.MFQEK.001) claims to manage moderately rich games and movies with the AMD Radeon HD 8210 graphics unit. It ships with 64 bit Windows 8 OS.
