You really don't get sleek laptops at this cheap a price point, that too with a 14 inch screen, so I'd say that Acer has nailed this one. The black keys on a neatly spaced out keyboard are very easy to type. The black-silver contrast actually helps in this regard. The track pad that supports a few multi-touch gestures is good, and the fact that its without any left-click / right-click buttons means you've got more space to use those gestures, kind of MacBook Pro like. The screen is good, albeit a little towards the darker side (no pun intended). The weight isn't really an issue. Even if the laptop comes preloaded with Linux, Windows can be easily installed on it later with full device driver support. Good battery life, so far at least. They also supply a VGA adapter in the box pack. The only odd thing is that the top casing is a fingerprint nightmare. The 'new device' sheen goes away quite quickly due to this fact. That said, this laptop isn't just value for money, its far more than that with the specification it possesses. A device that is highly recommended for not just light usage but even moderately heavy usage. Flipkart delivery was good as always.
