Asus A555LF-XX262T Laptop (Core i3 5th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Windows 10/2 GB)

Bought from an asus showroom. The laptop has stunning looks and a great keyboard and touchpad the finishing is really good. The laptop has a 2 cell battery which I was confused at first but the executive assured me it would be great and he was right. The laptop gives me 7-8 hours of backup with wifi,videos and surfing at full brightness while 2-3 hours while gaming. The laptop has Asus icecool technology and believe me when I say it works. It doesn't heat up at all even while intense gaming it gets slightly warm. The display doesn't have the viewing angles of an expensive display but the brightness of the display is more than that of a dell fhd display of the 5000 series I have used them side by side.nnIf you are a gamer then you would be delighted while the i3 5th gen doesn't sound much in terms of specs it tears games apart when coupled with the nvidia gt930m gpu. I have played Assassins creed 2,3,4,revelations,nfs hot pursuit,batman arkham asylum and call of duty modern warfare on it all on high settings but at it's display resolution and there wasn't any lags on one of them. They were buttery smooth like on consoles and assassins creed 4 black flag looks stunning with high settings and is smooth believe me. I am going to try gta v and after ac4 black flag I have no doubt it wll run it since the naval parts of ac4 are some of the more graphics intensive parts and are really well done.nnThe connectivity options are great too. You get two usb 3.0 ports with one 2.0 and hdmi,ethernet,sd card reader,headphone jack and even an vga port. The laptop is built so that it looks better than some of the more expensivedell,lenovo models and rivals and beats the hp models even. The laptop is great at multitasking and I use official MS office so I can say it is great for students and people with work to have and even get some entertainment on it. I got it for 34500 at nehru place in delhi so look for that proce if itis selling for more than that here. The only drawback I find in the laptop is that it has a soldered 4gb ram but still has one port for 4 more gigs. Go for the model with the official windows 10 since the price difference is only of 3000 and you should get official software for that little difference. No company offers this configuration with such a high level graphics card in this price hell you won't find one with 10000 more with the bigger brands.nnUsed to own the lenovo g50 80 with i3 5th gen+ati m330 and believe me i have felt the difference in their performance. That used to heat like a pig and was barely able to play ac4 black flag at low settings and that too with lags. Nvidia really takes the cake with graphics and power optimization. It is a real silent machine too.nnIf you like music then this machine won't disappoint. The sonicmaster tech of asus gives you such a bang for laptops i haven't heard before and it's great with surround tech too.The laptop has an optical drive so don't worry it has all theold school parts with the new gen oomph in it.Asus gves 24 months or 2 years onsite warranty with it that no other company gives so another plus.nnYou don't have to think twice about buying this you'll fall in love with it trust me and it will be your choice of machine for years to come Just go ahead and buy it you won't find a better one out there. I just wish I had 5k rupees more so i could buy the i5 variant but oh well i am extremely satisfied with it so go ahead and buy it !!!

Hello friends here is the answer for RAM spec for people who had confusion regarding RAM.nThe A555LF doesn't have a removable battery but you do get an access panel for swapping out the RAM. Interestingly, only one 4GB stick can be removed; the other 4GB is soldered directly onto the motherboard.nSo if you see 4 GB RAM in laptop spec that doesn't mean it has 4GB , the other 4GB is removable which doesn't show in configuration so finally we conclude the laptop has a total RAM of 8GB.nGuys this product is excellent don't think just go for it, hoe it will be available in flipkart big billion offer.
